I love a good challenge… so when I started gardening in 2020 I imagined a space to dine surrounded by trellis’ filled with food, flowers and life. With lights twinkling above your head and the aroma of Pinon in the air. Where the food was local, seasonal, clean and the company was top notch. Without seed oils or pesticides and the protein always being humanely and pasture raised. I anticipated the Wow Factor that our guests would feel and maybe the inspiration to get dirt under their own fingernails.

I want to plant seeds, experiences, and knowledge to grow fruit for future generations.
