Fall Soup-Making Workshop

Join Chef Jeff Qualls for an immersive culinary experience that will guide you through multiple techniques for making soups, including roasting, blending, simmering, and pureeing. You’ll discover how to balance flavors, build depth with seasonal ingredients, and create a variety of textures.

Throughout the session, you’ll get hands-on practice with each method, learning how to create both classic and contemporary soups like velvety butternut squash, hearty minestrone, and a creamy autumn root vegetable bisque. We’ll discuss everything from broths and stocks to garnishes, helping you build confidence to replicate these recipes at home.

By the end of the class, you’ll leave with a repertoire of seasonal soups that are perfect for cozy nights and holiday gatherings. All levels of experience are welcome!

• Classes are 3 hours - 2 hours of interactive learning and an hour of dining together.

• Hands-on classes are limited to 10 students.

• Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back. We’d love it if you’d bring your favorite apron along with you!

If you have a food allergy, please check before attending the class.
